Ramnik was terrific to work with and I received a spectacular engagement ring. He was very responsive and catered to any request I had and took care of everything in a very timely manner. Ramnik delivers with his product and is reasonable with his pricing. I would 100% work with him again and he made the engagement ring process very easy and enjoyable.
I purchased a diamond braclet then later a diamond ring from Ramnik at Diamandel. Great prices and service with quick turnaround. I will be going back to Diamamdel for diamond earrings soon!
I LOVE my rings!!! My experience started as a confusing nightmare when I provided similar but the WRONG specs for Ramnik and his designer to create my engagement ring and wedding bands. Only when I went to pick them up did we realize what had happened. I was embarrassed but Ramnik was patient and dedicated to making sure I was completely happy and ended up recreating them for only the minimum cost of new casting! What a great experience working with Mr. Modha! I met him through a friend, who was getting a wedding band made to match her gorgeous engagement ring which was purchased from Mr. Modha. I brought him a handful of very old rings that had belonged to my husband's mother. Ramnik was great. He took time to educate me on what I was looking at. Everything he said was exactly what I had read and heard other places. He had several stones for me to look at that met my desired quality requirements and were within my budget. I had a custom band made, and his designer got sick and it took a few extra days. But it was well worth the wait. The ring is gorgeous!! Going to Diamandel Diamonds is worth any extra effort required. I will recommend Diamandel to all my friends
