Ramnik was great throughout the whole process. He worked with my budget, and he had the ring sized for me and boxed up in 3 days. The original size I told him was too big, but he re-sized it for me again with no problems. I had the ring back in 3 days. Don't waste your time with the big box stores. They all tried to sell me something I didn't want. Ramnik gave me exactly what I wanted for exactly what I wanted to pay. She loves the ring, and people can't stop talking about how beautiful it is. I went to 7 jewelry stores in Baton Rouge before I went to Diamandel Diamonds and they were the only one that could get the engagement ring that I wanted within my price range. Mr. Ramnik was very helpful and professional. He's the only one in the Baton Rouge area I would recommend. Also you have to call and make an appointment before you go. Best of luck!
