I stumbled across Ramnik and Diamandel while studying up on diamonds on the internet. Of all the things I learned about diamonds, nothing was more important than finding Ramnik. He learned SOOO much about diamonds (beyond the normal cut, clarity, color, carat) and it is all thanks to Ramnik at Diamandel. I first went to Ramnik around six months before I purchased an engagement ring from him. I must have went there ten times and everytime was greeted and treated like I was family. I had no product knowledge when I stepped in the door, and now feel that I know as much as anyone. He sold me a ring that was perfect for my budget and was thousands of dollars cheaper than the "Name Brand Stores" and had better quality choices. From start to finish the service was amazing. Every detail was covered and I felt like the search for the right diamond was just as important to them as it was to me. I shopped for diamonds in other places, Tiffany, personal jewlers in Atlanta, and nothing came close to this experience. After several months of research on diamonds, I chose Diamandel to purchase an engagement ring. Mr. Ramnik is one of the most experienced, knowledgeable, and professional people I have met in this line of business. He helped to educate me on the fundamentals of buying a diamond, and was very patient with me during the process, which took several visits.
