I’ve had 3 other catheters ops es in my chest for Dialgsis and when I finally came to them it was beautiful. They gave me a lil some something before we got started and then got me on the operating table, and held my hand the entire time to make sure I was okay! My only complaint is now I’m used to having my hand held and they were all “we cant hold your hand after you leave the facility, that would be ridiculous.

Wow Wow. Will be honest wasn't expecting much of this place. Was i wrong from the ladies at the reception who where very friendly and caring and great active listening and made my wife feel welcome then went back and the two nurses where amazing again a lot of active listening which in medical is highly important. My NP was able to explain the procedure and how it would all go. next the ON came and brought me back so i was expecting the operating room staff to be grumpy and not nice but yet again what an amazing staff took g... read more
The staff takes the time to explain the medical procedures and plan. They are efficient, friendly and make the patient feel welcome. It is a very professional facility. They also offer follow up for your safety and convenience.
