This clinic is lying saying they are to full to take a return patient. Plus they are denying my sister care when she tries to receive treatment at emergency room through a program that uses the same staff.
The employees here do not care about how long you wait. NEMT company’s are told anywhere from 6 mins to 30 mins, in reality it’s 30 mins to an hour. They do not answer the counter when you ring the bell. This is the most unprofessional place in town!! Find another place to go to.
We have had the worst service dealing with the social worker at this facility. We have been trying to get an out-of-the-country dialysis treatment scheduled for a loved one. We already know that the treatment will have to be paid out of pocket and he’s been told on more than one occasion that the family has the cost covered...the family will be taking care of the cost for her!
