They are very professional and honestly care for their patients, answers all questions and assists with appointments and care.
This is a healthcare facility that deals with some pretty sick people and I give them credit for that,but how can you not have anyone on staff to help someone with special needs to use the restroom? A patient with special needs is still a patient and should not be left to soil theirself because no one there "feels comfortable" helping the person use the restroom. How can neglect such a serious situation as that?
Unfortunately I would not even give one star, The choices that this clinic made resulted in my husband's death. Think twice before sending a loved one or yourself here.
