I have been a patient at The Archdale Dialysis Clinic for a years and a half now. The staff on the PD side is amazing, everyone is so nice, very helpful and caring. BIG SHOUT TO NURSE RONA!!!
Rona and the other providers we have seen are wonderful. The doctor we see is super about answering all my questions and is able to explain MB's treatment in a way I can grasp the difficult topics. The new social worker introduced herself and seems to be much more experienced than her predecessor, who was nice but new to the position. I'd tell you the new person's name but I can't find it. 😩 All in all, they are great. Dialysis stinks but these people are great! They have always been there whenever we have needed them.
Can't keep nurses in the home department.
