RecommendedDial Plumbing installed a new Trane air conditioner in my home. The installers were efficient, professional and explained everything. Highly recommend.
I used to use them all the time. I thought they were fair and had a great attitude. But not anymore. Very disappointed in this last service call. $375 for installing a dishwasher and garbage disposer that I supplied and in a location where there was one of each already. I was quoted about an hour give or take at $105/hour. My bill was $375 because it took 3 hours and a few spare parts ($60). Not good. My daughter even had to help the guy.
THEY SUCK. They put all brand new pipes and new water heater. Cold water is fine. Hot water looks like milk. Replaced parts 3 or more times, no change. Gave us a 2nd new hot water heater. Hot water still looks like milk and leaves a nasty white film. Remind you ONLY the hot water. I was just informed, it's not the water heater. Why is cold water fine. Told me to HIRE A DIFFERENT PLUMBER. That we have to pay for. We are both disabled. Limited income. And still owe bank for Dial plumbing work.
Dial Plumbing has stepped up twice for us in emergency situations. One was a backup of sewer into the house and the other a heat pump failure with family guests coming over a holiday. They have also done ductwork replacement, exhaust fan installation and a/c work. We can't recommend them highly enough.
Returning from vacation I had an emergency with my plumbing. Dial Plumbing were professional, responded quickly and work was outstanding. I would highly recommend to anyone their services. Their servicemen are outstanding, trustworthy, and respond as promised. From the customer service person on the phone to all members of their team --- a sincere Thanks!

As soon as I call in, I know the customer service staff will schedule my appointment to meet my needs and not the company's. They do such great work that I am always surprised by how low my bill is.
