RecommendedI have a Rinnai tankless water heater that would not maintain a constant temperature. Tech that came out the first time thought it was the mixing valves in my sinks. I replaced all three and still had same problem. Another tech came out and took the time to get together on the phone with the Rinnai tech and solved the gas pressure problem. Dial AC & Plumbing has provided service at my home and business for several years now. Their technicians are knowledgeable and professional. They are also patient when trying to train me in how to operate a new thermostat. Thumbs up for Eric! I recommend them highly.

The guys who put the new AC unit into my shop were wonderful! They ran into a glitch but figured it out and stuck with it to finish the job. I appreciated the courteous, cheerful service, since I know working in this heat is brutal. Thanks guys, and thanks Dial for the excellent new system!

Thank you to the whole staff at Dial Plumbing and Air Conditioning for your prompt and excellent service! Jamie came to my rescue twice keeping my current 24 year old system working until I could work with Dolph to decide which new system would be perfect for me. The two A/C technicians, Sean and Xavier who came to install my new system were professional, worked very hard, and explained how the new system worked. I highly recommend them and will call them if I need any other services!
I can't believe how rude the receptionist is. Every time I've needed to call, she is rude and condescending. If you don't like your job...find a new one! Receptionist are the first point contact someone has with a company...this lady is making this company look bad.
