Whether it is a small or major repair on our hvac system or a new mini split install, I can always count on Dial One Mears for fast, reliable service and fair pricing. The coil in our AC had to be replaced recently due to a leak. The technician added enough refrigerant to the coil to keep us cool until all the parts arrived, the office told us the coil was under warranty by Lennox, and the repair was made by Michael and another excellent technician. It is a pleasure to do business with this excellent company.

We have been loyal Dial One Mears customers for many years across multiple properties, but the quality of their customer service has declined significantly over the past two years, and we will not be returning. It started when they sold us an annual maintenance plan, which covered our seasonal checkups and came with additional perks. Prior to that, they had always sent us postcard reminders to schedule those checkups. Once we were on the plan, the postcards suspiciously stopped. It was my lucky day when I scheduled Dial One Mears to do a checkup on my A/C. I sold my house and this is one thing the new buyers wanted to check. Adam was so nice and knowledgeable. Efficient and courteous. What a nice experience. Will definitely do business with them again.

I can't say enough positive things about this company as they went above and beyond for us in replacing an indoor coil in a Lennox system. Great communication and just very friendly and honest on pricing and what their service would involve. Their technicians showed up 15 minutes early and got the job done.

We have 12 A/C units on our property and we are so glad we found Dial One. They are extremely professional, quick to respond, and their work is top notch. Whether it is a new A/C unit or just a repair, they are always incredible to work with. I can't recommend them enough.
