We have been loyal Dial One Mears customers for many years across multiple properties, but the quality of their customer service has declined significantly over the past two years, and we will not be returning. It started when they sold us an annual maintenance plan, which covered our seasonal checkups and came with additional perks. It was my lucky day when I scheduled Dial One Mears to do a checkup on my A/C. I sold my house and this is one thing the new buyers wanted to check. Adam was so nice and knowledgeable. Efficient and courteous. What a nice experience. Will definitely do business with them again.
I can't say enough positive things about this company as they went above and beyond for us in replacing an indoor coil in a Lennox system. Great communication and just very friendly and honest on pricing and what their service would involve. Their technicians showed up 15 minutes early and got the job done.
We have 12 A/C units on our property and we are so glad we found Dial One. They are extremely professional, quick to respond, and their work is top notch. Whether it is a new A/C unit or just a repair, they are always incredible to work with. I can't recommend them enough.
