They are friendly, but they don’t care about your issues. She says, I’m no doctor, and I know you have some chronic conditions that may or not be life threatening. She told me not to visit the ER and was complaining of how some patients have came back 2 different times in the same 12 hour period. Wanting to receive help for non-life threatening things like a sore throat. I can’t stand going to the doctor. That’s why I called them first, to get some concerning questions answered. I've called them 3 times for different issues. Each time I called I got no answers, only telling me to go to St. Vincent's ER. I called to see if I had pneumonia. They asked 100 questions and got my "go to the ER". I wouldn't call them. They are free and you get what you pay for. Nurses that draw a nice check to say "Go to the ER".
