Very good service provided. Staffs are very courteous. I very strongly recommend this place.
I went for mammogram. Technician was professional and nice. Office was busy but I didn't wait long. Front desk staff was friendly, parking was tight.
I was called in within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Fast, courteous staff.
I was really pleased with the whole experience! The staff were very nice and proffesional. All of them! I didnt even have to wait 10 mins.! I had 2 procedures done, and the wait time between them was even less time! In & out in less than 30mins.! I even was taken in early!! I arrived almost an hour early & was resigned to a long wait...i was out of there only 10 mins. after my sceduled appointment time!! You guys are awesome!! Thank you!!
It was alright...I had to have an MRI On my Rt knee.its been broken for 4 1/2 Years and I'm trying to get it fixed finally It was a 5:45am appointment ..very nice Receptionist..a very kind and professional X Ray Tech...he was really helpful and helped me get situated With my leg it won't exactly straighten out .. but he was real nice about it . I thank you ...I really needed this set of pics to get the surgery ..5 star's
Every appt that I have had never had to wait long, everybody is so friendly and nice.
They were very friendly, organized and very professional! They knew how to take the anxiety out of of the procedure i had to do. They know what they are doing!
The wait times are ridiculous. I was encouraged, however, by a conversation with Melody Santiago in which she disclosed the company's awareness of the great inconvenience and consideration of options for appointments for x-rays in one exam room, and walk-ins in the 2nd. Please implement this as soon as possible.
4/8/2018 mixed review friday morning 4/6/18 i had an 8:00 am ULTRASOUND Appointment with a check in time of 7:15, i was called to confirm the appointment And check in on thursday,and when i made the appointment i was TOLD repeatedly 7:15 check in,i get there 7:12 mind you i was rushing and it was raining,but i did not want to be nor was i late,so i go in,there is 3 OF US TOTAL IN THE FRONT RECEPTION AREA,THE RECEPTIONIST,MYSELF AND 1 lady waiting but was immediately called back to my right,the receptionist,tells me to have a... read more
