My opt was at 5:45am so i was able to get my testing done and over with all before i had to wake the kids up for school and get off to work. The staff is "always" so friendly they make you feel like your one of the family. Today my opt was an MRI and the tec kept checking on me to make sure i was comfortable and how much time each scan would take. This was not my first MRI but it was my first one where i felt at ease my other one was at another place. I've had many many tests done at 79 scrips dr and every time its the same ... read more

The only place i will go. Their very good making you feel comfortable. The staff are friendly and polite.
The waiting is the inconvenience other wise the staff is on point, friendly, and helpful.
My visit was very friendly and very accurate I did not to have to wait in long lines to see or get an x-ray
I was sent for x rays from QTC. The waiting area was packed with no where for me to sit. I walk with a cane and was miserable. My daughter had to sit on the floor once a nice man gave me his chair. The chairs are not designed for easy movement and are extremely uncomfortable at best. I waited for over 2 hours to be called only to have 3 x rays taken which took about 10 minutes. Between check in, changing into a gown, having the x rays, and changing again it was a 2 1/2 hour visit.
Very busy place. Staff is professional and courteous. I was able to get in and out in about an hour and a half for an MRI.
I got to my appointment early, sence I live in Rocklin and had no idea how to get to Scripps Drive. We allowed for possible traffic jams. Was in by 11:20 or so.. For my 12:30 appointment. They had me drink 24 oz.of water and hold from 11: 20 to 12: 30. I was in pain by 12:30 and then was told that the technician had gone to lunch and would be back at 1:00.
