Today I had an appointment at 9:30 with Amy Lewis, NP. I was 15 min late because when 805 Medical Dr is put in to Google Maps it takes you to the main entrance of the hospital next to 802 (which is clearly marked.) 805 is across the street, but none of the signs on the main campus tell you that. Ms. Lewis wouldn’t see me because I was 15 min late and wanted me to reschedule after waiting 6 weeks to get in and using a vacation day to come in today. I can’t believe years later I am still not allowed to see anyone at DCOL! I had debit from going through surgeries that I had to have! I became a single mom in the mean time and I offered to pay $50 a month which is All I could afford at the time! The lady there told me it was not enough!! I didn’t pay it after that and it has been in collections for years!! I would have paid it but they were so rude to me and acted like I wasn’t good enough!!
Dr. Lundy is our daughter’s new HCP and we really like her a lot! Great staff as well👍
