Unfortunately, I have to update my review. The first initial visit went well but, I was told I will receive a free follow up. However, I scheduled my follow up twice and it was canceled on me. I emailed them twice and text the worker that came out with no response. I’m still having an issue and haven’t heard any feedback. Very disappointed because everything seemed well at first.
I called them out to help with a mouse infestation. The technician was wonderful and I saw a dramatic drop in activity. One week before the follow up visit, I get a text message and later an email about the business closing and that all current contracts and appointments were cancelled. I never received a call or further communication.
So glad I called Diagno Pest Control. Conrad is very knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He did a great job in resolving mice problem in my appartment. I am very happy with his service.
Conrad was very thorough and in an old Victorian house, that's saying a lot!! He was also very patient explaining everything to us and we felt great trust in his expertise. Thank you, Conrad!!
