I'm a vegetarian, and they have delicious tofu! I love the different flavors and spices, and I love the cilantro rice!! It's a lot of food for a great price and it's definitely not fast food quality! ♡♡♡♡♡

The food here is unparalleled by any of the other quick serve burrito/taco places. You can truly taste the difference in freshness and flavor among the variety of options available. I would highly recommend Diablo's to anyone.
I started going to this place the first week it opened. I always do the salad with beans, tomatoes and sauteed veggies. Love, Love, Love this place. Staff are the best!!

Specifically reviewing the new Walton Way location, which was a GREAT idea for all the medical folks downtown! I've literally been around 15 times since it opened in December. Not an exaggeration! Always good and always fast. If you go for lunch, showing up around 11:30 or closer to 1pm is probably a good idea on a weekday to avoid a long line. Any time for dinner is slow at this location, so you're good to go that time of day.

Thank you for your feedback! Yes, that 12-1pm hour is our "peak" lunch rush time, so sometimes the line can get a little backed up. We tend to average about 60 transactions per hour at the moment (there are various factors that increase and decrease that average), so that's almost 1 transaction per minute. We are working on increasing our speed and efficiency, so hopefully we can get everyone in and out in a timely fashion. As always, we appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we get our new staff trained!
Having recently moved to this area my family and I have been looking for good food spots. This place was said to be like Chipotle but better. ....... while the food wasn't bad the customer service sucked! I understand that it was the lunch time rush but everyone I came in contact with had an attitude! No welcome and not even a smile until I got to the register despite my very upbeat personality. Everything is good here. Just an occasional gristle in the chicken. I only get the steak and beef so I don't to fight with that chicken gristle. Great place to go
