The doctors are fine but their front desk people are crazy. Makes it almost impossible to be seen—they schedule you when doctors are not available and then cancel day-of, then ghost you for days until the day of your appointment is far in the past. They barely speak English making it even more challenging to be seen
Been trying to get immunotherapy and this is the 3RD TIME IN TWO WEEKS that I get a call the day of my appointments that the doctor is not in - patients have lives and plan around these appointments! Beyond disappointing care
