I second all the bad reviews of the front desk personnel. Definitely some retraining required there. As far as the rest, it’s fine…I was happy with the result of my product.

This place is a rip off, Diablo was much better and the new owners are just trying to make money off what has already been completed. Will advise my doctor not to recommend this clinic. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

So I went to him to make me a new brace and I had to go back twice to get it adjusted and I still don’t fit right I wouldn’t use this place. I would go to hanger one and besides that the receptionist she’s very rude the Caucasian one.

Had the did functional office personnel mis schedule my appointments 2 times and wasted my days. No care to provide a professional experience. The kicker called that same day to check my appointment time and follow up 4 hours prior and was instructed to come in and pick up my prescription ordered supplies to find out after arriving I wasted my time, waited a week for a call back to inform me of my supplies and NO FOLLOW THROUGH. same service at Walmart just lame
