I have lived at Diablo Pointe Apartments for the past 6 years. I have enjoyed my time here. It is quite, clean, and family-oriented. The property manager has always been a pleasure to deal with and helps if anything comes up. The gym and pools are a great addition. The rent price is great for the location. We are a short walk to the Broadway plaza. We also have a nice bike/walk path behind the apartments. Get a 2 bedroom apartment and enjoy a small backyard that comes with it!
Terrible place, the community manager does nothing but harass the tenets, they always send a soft notice letter at the end of the month with extra charges and won’t even tell you what it’s for. The website they use to make tenets pay for rent doesn’t work half the time and they increase the rent damn near every year. I do not recommend anyone to rent from here!!!
Very clean and good atmosphere
The complex is quiet enough but after a year and a rent increase it seems impossible to make it a long term residence. Not only that, but these apartments are not cut out to get more than an hours worth of rain. My kitchen floods every time and apparently there’s nothing anyone can do about it. And good luck taking a single shower that doesn’t fluctuate between freezing cold and scolding hot.
I recently have moved in ,You will feel scammed if you rent here, it starts with a month free, but you never know from where ,they get back, recently they added utilities bill in the tenant, and god knows how the calculated, and they bill you without even your permission to deal with third party or not, the complex in general old, FULL of spiders, and recently had an issue with the ants, some good things thats why i gave 2-3 stars.
