BEWARE!!!!!! For further reference if you plan on moving here or anyone who is moving in. The landlord Arlene will ignore your problems and seems to be concerned about her money. If you get locked out of ur apartment plan on waiting for a few hours the maintenance technician to come from sf. What kind of landlord does not keep a spare key on or in her office? Hello, I just recently move in and I must say the apartments are beautiful. The unit I have has been remodeled beautifully. Also the management is wonderful. I was working with Arlene and she made everything so quick and easy. I was moving from the Sacramemto area and she was able to do almost everything over the phone and through email. She really took her and went out of her way to help me. Anyone looking for a beautifully updated, quite place to live.... you found it.
Hi...We've lived here for 5 years in the past and are living here again! Great location, great management! Very responsive and willing to work with tenants! If there's an infrequent vacancy, try to claim it....a wonderful place to live.
