Rent cap is 6.5% went up 13%. Building code is anything but up to code. When it rains it trips the breaker and the windows and doors leak. Probably gonna get evicted from this..... typical.

Our experience with Diablo Pacific wasn't great. It was, in fact, one of the main reasons why we decided to move out after a year. Our property manager was terribly hard to get a hold of. We would put in maintenance requests through the app and wouldn't here anything for a week or two. We wouldn't get it looked at unless I hassled him or if it was an emergency. We were misled on a couple of things when the apartment was being shown to us than what was represented on the contract or told to us after.
