AVOID renting with agency. Extremely unprofessional
Extremely unprofessional and poor management. one of those places looking for applications fees and once approved ghost the tenant with no communication. We thankfully end up not working with this agency, and people like Karen, Tim basically give false information and nowhere to be find when they are supposed to. good agency to deal with is important, AVOID this one.
Applied for a property. Paid $45.00 fee. Zero follow up! Called, emailed MULTIPLE times! Never heard anything back! Next stop, reporting them to zillow!
Do not rent from them, I repeat DO NOT!!

I’m in the market for a rental for my business, had a few questions for the owner and this property management company (specifically Ms. Sally Ortega) seemed like she could not be bothered to pass along those questions.
