My new flooring friends. After reading all of the reviews,we called Diablo Flooring contacted Brian on Sunday, met with him on Monday and they were ready to go on Tuesday. The floors were done later that week. His team was on-time, easy to reach by phone, and responsive. And the floors have gone from shabby to chic in less than 72 hours. Honest man, good business, glad to have worked with him.We only had to make one phone call and that was to Diablo flooring.
Great Service and Quality Work Diablo Flooring did a wonderful job and gave us the best price too! Brian the owner was very professional, courteous and the communication throughout the process was great. He took the time to stop by our house and discuss various options and pricing. The work was very high quality and clean! Rick and Eric that worked on our floors ensured that our place remained clean during the installation. I plan on using Diablo Flooring again for other flooring projects and highly recommend this company.

Excellent service! I called Diablo Flooring because I did my research online (great reviews) and I wanted to give them a try. I called and spoke with Brian and told him what I was looking for. Larry I had heard that Diablo Flooring was relatively new to Walnut Creek, or under new management. I visited their new location on Mt. Diablo just west of California Blvd. next to Quality Tune Up. Brian was very helpful in finalizing our carpet decision, and also quoted a very competitive price -- beating my "wholesale" source in SOMA but also quoting very reasonable install and padding for an out-the-door final price that was hard to beat.
