The staff is so kind and the office is comfortable. I always look forward to my appointments here.
Staff is very friendly but each time you go for a certain study, sometimes you do not qualify and it's a waste of time, gas and tolls for crossing the bridge (Bay Bridge or San Mateo). You should be compensated for both days that you go.including meals . Sometimes you have to fast as well And should be compensated for meals as well. I've been to two studies one just a few days ago and then 2 years ago with different doctors and staff there. I must say this business is probably the best clinical research facility I have ever had the pleasure to be a participant for. They are always friendly and have an excellent staff at their office. They offer a variety of studies that help the medical field advance while offering a substantial incentive.
