One of the bestest burgers I have enjoyed in a long time...My friend Maria recommended it and the small wait was well worth it! The staff is friendly and the place is cozy! We shared a table w another couple but the place was packed and clean. It is understable why so many Flagstaff peeps venture here! I wanna go back tomorrow!
The Burger and Fries were not better then In and Out. Long slow line, they are very limited in seating. Expect to spend a half hour in line before you get your food on busy days!
If the customer service is terrible then how can you enjoy your food that you spend good $$$ on. Whatever female (I think female) server was working last night with short hair and a beanie ruined our evening out celebrating a special occasion...I wouldn’t want her running my business....hopefully Diablo Burger hasn’t gotten too big to care about customer service anymore. A definite stop when you are in Flagstaff. The burgers are amazing. So full of flavor. It is one of the best I have ever had
Omg wow! This was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Don’t go with a time limit though. The line was extremely long. I waited about 15 minutes just to place my order at the counter. It was, however, so worth it and the staff is really accommodating. Plus, if you’re driving through, Flagstaff is beautiful. Dogs are allowed on the patio and they offer bowls of water. They should not allow pets at all.. there was people eating with there dogs next to them... there was a guy with 3 dogs with him and they all stared barking at each other.... They should get some shades for outside... My burger was realy good... but not the frys...too much condiments..!
