I watched as they denied outdoor seating to a couple with a dog and another couple with an infant. No seating until AFTER you go to the counter and order food. Bad form and not empathetic to special needs customers. No vegan options. The veggie burger has cheese in it. I had fries for lunch so that my dining companion could have his burger.
Quirky, expensive but OMG delicious! Worth every penny!
No exageration that was the best burger that I have ever had, I had the coffee bbq sauce on the side as I was a bit apprenhensive but I ended up spreading it on my burger the seasoning on the fries was a really nice touch to.

Great outdoor seating, the burger was smaller than I expected but it was juicy and very well done. Their fries had yummy herbs on them which I also appreciate! I very much enjoyed the staff, they were quite helpful and friendly!
We went over NAU family weekend, at noon so knew it would be busy. But not sure why the ordering process took sooooo long - uninformed customers? Also the gal taking orders decided to leave her post and help with cleanup and water delivery while the order line got longer and longer. We initially were seated outside in a very sunny, hot spot but were lucky to find seats inside and move before food came. They should consider umbrellas or covered patio for shade.
