I had the Wrigley Field burger. It was fantastic! The fries were delicious, too. Great place for lunch in Flagstaff! Will come back here again whenever I return.
food was very good. but med rare is really rare. and there were two women working there. one was very nice the other could use some improvement. like alot...and $50 for two burgers frys and two beers is way overpriced.
Terrible customer service. As soon as our burgers were brought outside, our 9 year old instantly dropped it on the ground. the waitress saw, said nothing, and walked away. I went inside and the waitress tole me the only thing I could do was purchase a whole new burger. No bites taken, just an inedible burger for a now bawling kid. The only option given was to purchase a new burger because their "beef is too high quality." So I paid for a new burger. The staff is beyond rude. Not a welcoming place. I have been coming to Flagstaff to visit for years and I always just deal with the rude snobby service. I enjoyed my last Diablo Burger. Advice: Remember we are your customer and we make a choice where we dine in Flagstaff. Your burgers are the best ever. Work on making your staff match the food.
