I was disappointed with my encounter with Dietician Valerie Marcellus. As a patient, I felt unwelcome and detected a condescending tone during the explanation of my meal plan. Her primary focus appeared to be the session's duration. Upon conclusion, she didn't express a desire to monitor my progress in achieving my goals. She just emphasized that I could follow up as needed and that my referral was good for a year. I definitely won't return.
