Recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I had a referral call yesterday, February 7th, 2025, and found out my referral was canceled because I didn't return their calls. The lady I spoke to said they called me multiple times—I told her I received only two calls. I explained that I was working and didn't realize I was working around their schedule. I found her to be uncaring, unhelpful, and quite rude. If I had the authority, I would ask for her immediate resignation. Needless to say, referral or not, I will never be dealing ... read more

These folks are rock stars. I'm a type 1 who has had horrible results with traditional providers in BC. The clinic at royal Jubilee is kind, professional, and incredibly serious about patient care

Can be helpful at times but didn’t appreciate being told to consider looping (which is not Health Canada approved) and then they stopped answering my calls. I still cant manage my own diabetes. I agree with the other post about the receptionist being rude/short with clientele.
