Recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I had a referral call yesterday, February 7th, 2025, and found out my referral was canceled because I didn't return their calls. The lady I spoke to said they called me multiple times—I told her I received only two calls. I explained that I was working and didn't realize I was working around their schedule. Can be helpful at times but didn’t appreciate being told to consider looping (which is not Health Canada approved) and then they stopped answering my calls. I still cant manage my own diabetes. I agree with the other post about the receptionist being rude/short with clientele.
