Rude front office staff, the only reason I am giving three stars is because Dr. Asamoah is an outstanding Endocrinologist. Retrain or replace your front desk staff and I'll gladly add two more stars. First impression speaks volumes.
Decent in person care but horrendous back office support of prescriptions and willingness to work with patients and medical supply companies. Several phone calls to the office have been met with platitudes but zero results or communication to the patient. Would strongly avoid using this provider!
