I just want to say the nicest staff and they know what they are doing. I have been to so many places on the island all were terrible and overcharge. I always get so many compliments from people how nice my hair looks. I give 10 stars
Lydia is amazing!! She did my color, highlights and blowout. My hair feels and looks absolutely stunning. Definitely would recommend Lydia!!
I was very disappointed with my experience. The receptionist did not present herself professionally, which set a negative tone from the start. I showed Lidia a clear picture of the color and style I wanted, but the result was nothing like what I asked for. Despite specifically telling her I did not want a haircut, she kept insisting I needed one, which made me feel uncomfortable and unheard.
