Absolutely awful management group. I lived in a townhome under them for two years and not once was maintenance ever sent out for anything. The landscaping around the units was never unkept, it looked so trashy from the curb. Not only that, but I left my unit in near perfect condition and they still charged $500 more than my deposit. They mentioned things like “filling nail holes and paint touch-ups” which is all very much standard maintenance being a landlord. Definitely do not recommend any of their properties.
After 3 years of living on a property had constant issues with front desk lady that managed rent payments and did not care about the issues I had at my unit. Would not recommend.
