I, like many, absolutely have a panic of dentists. Nevertheless, the experience at Crescent Family Dental was very gratifying. From the time I arrived, the staff was very friendly and cordial. I was VERY nervous from a bad experience as a kid. As a grown adult I worried that they may not think about it as much, figuring I over-reacted then. This was not the case with this team. EVERYONE took great care in ensuring I was comfortable, relaxed and monitored me to make sure everything went smooth. I was treated like I was the only patient there. Based on my GREAT experience I am already making plans to go back and have additional things taken care of.
The dental hygienists are very thorough, Dr. Horton does a great job and isn't pushy- just practical and smart about our whole family's dental care.

My wife and I have been very pleased not just with the professional service, but also the friendly and accommodating staff. We can cite examples of preventative dentistry as well as repairs (cavities and crowns)... and we have always been very pleased. On-line appointments are convenient. Billing is convenient. Scheduling for your next appointment is even done before you get to the front reception desk. Highly recommended!
I’m from Greenville, and I can remember visiting my dentist when I was a toddler. Even when my family relocated from the Gower area to the Greer area, my mother always made the trek across town to visit the same dentist. Dr. Jane and her entire staff are welcoming and help ease any nervousness about being in a dentist office! My family has used every hygienist and love each one! We are thankful for this aweseome practice!
