Hi! I am on “Day 6” of the 20 Day Cleanse and I am sooooooo tired. Slight headache, but very alert. My energy levels fluctuate throughout the day. I am assuming these reactions are a combination of the detox and my cycle, which came the same day, smh. So my body is really doing a cleaning. Ha! I have lost 4lbs so far, yay! I started this morning, so I will post another review in 20 days. So far so good. I have a crazy amount of energy. The hardest thing to do is stay away from our normal habits, because although I rarely eat this.... now all of a sudden some bacon and homemade biscuits and a mimosa sounds sooooo good right now. I had a small avocado salad and I made my own green juice this morning. I ate 1/3 of the salad and had a few sips of the green juice and im full. So I think this cleanse is going to work well.
