I wouldn't even give this one star as my mother's Medicare was billed $2,760 for a wound dressing that she never needed back in Aug 2024. We don't live in Maryland. Tried calling the company and the number does not go through. Received her Medicare statement this past week of what had been paid and the charge was on it. Has been reported to Medicare and her supplement as fraud! Shame that companies are doing this!! If others have not reported it to your insurance as fraud please do so.
DHC charged me $2700 for a wound dressing - I never received anything from this company. I had no wound! Medicare got charged for this false claim.
Live in Arizona - Never been to Hawkeye Medical but they charge my health insurance account $2760. for gel wound pad! FRUDULENT CLAIM Wound gel pad Sell for $5. Nice try. My provider has been notified.
I have been trying to call you for the past 2 weeks and all I get is a recording saying your number is not set up to receive calls. If you changed your business number could you please notify your clients how to get hold of you! Now when you call, you get forwarded to voicemail to leave a message and you never get a call back. Don't know what is going on. Very frustrating 😕
