GDS installed two doors for a year ago and the motor stopped working in less than a week at that time we have a balance to pay and request a service from them. They come and fix it took the balance payment and few days later motor stopped working again. Multiple calls and emails did not do a thing. After a several months, I was able to reach the owner who promised me that he would send someone to fix it. This is over a year now and no one came. Motor is still not working.
I appreciate how Sam let me watch his process. He identified failing hinges, replaced them cleanly, wore professional attire, and left me feeling confident in his work.
