When we were sub contractor the company treated us well if we treated it well, things only continue to get better everyday with the continued support of management and leadership. The job has the same rules as any other job and asks little more than what you already know when you accepted the job; namely showing up on time, taking an appropriate number of bathroom breaks, taking the luxury of making coffee when early to your shift (not late) and doing as told while staying visible and where supposed to be the entire shift.
