James is my guy he is the only person I let work on my truck when it comes to major issues. When I couldn't find a dd15 engine or turbo anywhere somehow he did James is a truck GURU !!!
I recently had a terrible experience at Texas Truck Doctor that left me feeling utterly frustrated. Despite greeting the staff with "good morning" several times, I was met with dismissive responses. The truck I received was in unacceptable condition—ridiculously filthy and clearly not well-maintained. When I raised my concerns, the manager, James, chose to engage in an argument rather than address the issues.
