This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had as an owner-operator. I was charged $800 for a basic oil change on my Freightliner DD12 — an absurd price by any industry standard. What makes this unacceptable is that they failed to properly tighten the oil drain plug, and my truck began leaking oil immediately after leaving. This is not a small mistake. Drew is a super nice young man that made me think I might be too ready to talk smack about the younger generations, so I will speak about him specifically….
