Had a gastric sleeve and follow up with dfw bariatrics, the appt went well and i was surprised how thorough it was.
Very informative.
Let patients know of in-house financing decision prior to consultation. It will save everyone involved from wasting time.

Financing can be a stressful element of planning a procedure. We want our patients to be comfortable in all aspects of our care and services. As such, we offer Care Credit, United Medical, and Prosper for financing. Additionally, we offer limited in-house financing. We are happy to discuss options with any patient.
The wait times are a bit lengthy, but everyone is nice and helpful.

This type of feedback is very helpful. We do our best to provide thorough and convenient care. While we strive to keep on schedule, every now and again a patient may require more attention, delaying other patients. We apologize for any frustration and appreciate everyone’s patience when this occurs.
My only problem today was that the temperature in the clinic was very cold. Otherwise, everyone was great.
Better communication on expectations on arrival. Needed to weight extend amount of time related to insurance verification. Overall everyone very pleasant and outcome was what I had hoped for.

Thanks for the comment. The process for verifying a patient's insurance can vary by carrier, policy, or even day of the week. The length of time it takes to complete verification is largely out of our hands. While it’s difficult to know ahead of time how long verification will take, we try to let patients know if it’s taking longer than normal. Nobody likes an unexpectedly long wait. Again, we appreciate the feedback and it’s good to know when we have met a patient’s goals.
Filling out 15 pages of paperwork once a year is a little too much.

We understand that no one gets excited about filling out paperwork. We do our best to streamline this as much as possible, however for the sake of accuracy and patient safety some level of redundancy is necessary. We appreciate the feedback and encourage any patient with questions or concerns to contact the office.
Everyone is friendly and efficient. My only concern is that it is tough to get an appointment for adjustments - all are 4-6 weeks out.

We know it can be irksome to wait a long time for an appointment so we try to see patients as close to their appointment time as possible. I like that they explain the options. The Dr was very informative. She really explained things very well. Everything was easy to understand. The staff is very nice. I felt very comfortable. The staff made it very clear that everything is my decision and they will not push anything I do not want. I do not like the fact that I wasn't told the price of the surgeries.
