I am super excited to start my process here at the dfw bariatrics the staff is super friendly and professional, i came in knowing very little about weight loss surgery and leaving very confident and full of knowledge for the procedure being offered
I had a concern about the surgical facility that was used and an incident that happened. It was discussed at my first visit but I have received no follow up from the billing office or the concern I had. I have also called the billing office and received no follow up or explanation. I am not happy with the lack of follow up.

Though most patients are extremely satisfied with our services, we know that sometimes issues arise. When these problems do occur, we are eager to do everything in our power to resolve them. We are happy to answer any and all questions. Any patients with concerns should contact our office directly so that we may work toward an ideal outcome.
Today was my first visit and everything went smooth! The PA wasn't feeling well so they were running about an hour behind schedule, other than that everything went well. I was given a few different options and great explanations!

Our office does experience the occasional delay, and for that we apologize. Technical issues, a higher-than-normal patient volume, and other out-of-the-ordinary circumstances can sometimes cause these slowdowns. We are grateful for our patients’ understanding.

Lots of info thrown at me so it is kind of thrown too fast. Everyone was nice made me feel comfortable. Hope i can remember it all. They got me excited to start my journey and made me feel like it was a goal we would accomplish together.
