The policy about needing insurance information even though patient is paying out of pocket is ridiculous. Dr. Was amazing front end staff was average or all together did not know what was going on.

While it may be inconvenient for some patients, we do require to have insurance information on file for all patients, even if they pay out of pocket. Thorough record-keeping like this enables our office to adapt quickly if and when a patient’s situation changes. Our practice is always looking for better ways to serve our patients.
