They were very nice and made sure I understood the topics and what is needed if I choose to move forward.
Everyone was very kind and helpful.
My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 and I was out seen until 2:45. It did not seem busy in the office so it would have been nicer to have made this appointment shorter. However, EVERYONE was super nice and Lisa did an excellent job explaining and answering my questions.

We're elated to know when we’ve provided great care to our patients. Our highest aim is our patients' well being and satisfaction. We do apologize if there is ever a lengthy wait time. Things like testing a patient's resting metabolic rate (which can take 15 minutes) or obtaining and updating a patient’s medical history (which can vary) need to take place prior to a patient seeing the provider. That said, we are always looking to make visits as convenient as possible. Thanks for the feedback.
