Surprised there's this many positive reviews, they must be giving tenants discounts for reviews or something. Horrible experience with them so far.
I’ve rented from DFM for several years now and truly don’t want to rent from anyone else. They have always been professional, responsive, and really easy to work with. I’ve have considered moving a few times to a different area, but ended up staying due to how great my experience has been with them.
Really horrible experience
One of the most positive renting experiences I’ve had in Philly and surrounding suburbs. Management is responsive, my unit was clean when I moved in, the unit is great and imo good quality for the price. Would happily recommend them to a friend.
