By far the best rental experience I've had in Philly. The apartment was in good condition, all issues were fixed promptly, we were given plenty of notice for viewings and non-urgent maintenance, and our deposit was returned in full without any fuss when we moved out
I’ve been renting with DFM Management for over 2 years, and my experience has been nothing but positive. Don’t let the negative reviews fool you—this team is truly amazing. They’re responsive, reliable, and genuinely care about their tenants. Anytime I’ve had a question or maintenance request, they’ve gotten back to me right away and followed through quickly. Management is attentive and easy to work with, and they make the rental process smooth and stress-free.
Due your research before signing a lease with this group. Dave and Rebecca are great up until a lease is signed. Rebecca alittle worse than Dave. Very rude, you will have to ask 5/6/7/8 times to have something fixed or even looked at. They brought subcontractors into my unit and were caught using drugs in the unit bathroom. Highly do not recommend.
