Fantastic Management. I had the privilege of living in one of their units for 3 years and it would have been longer if I did not have to relocate for work. No complaints whatsoever, would highly recommend!

DFM has been the best, most modern property management experience I’ve had in ~15 years of living in NYC and Philadelphia. We live in a 200-year-old Center City row home, so things come up. In prior buildings, maintenance was often informal or handled through outdated third parties. Response times were slow, and transparency was limited. DFM has been the opposite. Surprised there's this many positive reviews, they must be giving tenants discounts for reviews or something. Horrible experience with them so far.
I’ve rented from DFM for several years now and truly don’t want to rent from anyone else. They have always been professional, responsive, and really easy to work with. I’ve have considered moving a few times to a different area, but ended up staying due to how great my experience has been with them.
