I have witnessed management turn blind eyes on the way their employees work and the way their machines run. So many quality checks are missed! That is why plant 21 has had so many spindle weld failures and the quality of their axles keep getting worse

Axle rusting bad with only 6 exposures outside my garage. Won't honor warranty.

Dexter's aquisition of Rockwell American has only made the service worse. 12 k axles due in mid Febr still not here, and what's worse is they keep telling me one thing and turns out not. Deliberately misleading me week after week. No help from Rockwell people, all the way to the President who apparently is ducking me. We'll see if the phone call to Elkhart helps any. Over the past 35 years I've been in the trailer business, Dexter has been a star. Maybe not so now. Very sad.
