I ordered a simple 3500 lb torsion axle for a 2020 trailer that bent very easily and have been waiting over two months still nothing . Paid for this axle in full from dexters retailer emailed numerous times still nothing. Talk about customer service. Called two trailer manufactures and they said they really weren’t having any problems getting there axles for there trailers they are making huh. I’m guessing the little guy doesn’t matter. Sad you have to beg for something you paid for.

They might as well offer a lifetime warranty on their products if they’re not going to honour it or even respond to warranty inquiries. It’s crap like this why you’re losing all your manufacturing jobs
Over 22 years with Dexter Axle and at 3 different locations (IN, GA and OK). Great place to work. Stressful at times but which job isn’t. Only 23 more years to go. My first “grown-up job”!!!
not treating their employees like they mean nothing after reporting a near-miss and being an honest employee and gets fired i have family to take care of.. been there for almost two years and I was fired like it was nothing after being an honest employee I guess down the road that will just teach me to keep my mouth shut about things and not be a good employee. this place is the worst

I would like to say that I had a great experience with Warranty Customer Service. The lady in charge Connie Massie knows exactly how to take care of customers, especially in a time of distress like I was at night in the middle of the road. Early in the morning I called and she asked me a few questions regarding my warranty and right away my parts were shipped. This lady really knows the business. Terrible customer service. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for 2 weeks to replace the hub under warranty and no one returns calls or emails. Absolutely awful. Stay away from this place.
Ordered hubs from etrailer. the box that came was packed wrong. Etrailer confirmed that dexter had had this issue with several other hubs. Dexter was no help solving this issue, finally etrailer hooked me up with a different manufactures hub. what dexter should have done was quick ship the correct parts to my house. I left feedback on dexters website and asked that they contact me via e-mail. They never did??? This company must be getting to big. They don't care about single order customers.
