Recommendedthe salesman was good and did not pressure. but it took almost 2 hours to get a chance to do the paperwork. we almost left. maybe I would recommend but they need to work on having more people to do the final paperwork. I would give a 3 out of 5 rating.
It’s economic and has a good fit to park anywhere and is a good car for any season

I'm not one to write a negative review. The only negative review I've ever written for a different business before was when a "Military Discount" only applied to active duty and not veterans. However, my husband and I have tried to give Dewey chances and have not had luck. We walked in a week ago wanting to test drive a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. we got a car there 3 months ago before we even drive off the lot the car was making noises. the person that sold us the car took it to service and they fixed now 3 months later my alternator has gone out and they want to charge me just to take a look at it. i think with such a short amount of time they knew this car had problems. i wished i would have never gone here they only care about getting paid not to make it right for their customers. we will never go here for another car in the future. you would get better service el... read more
We purchased a 2019 Chrysler a few weeks ago, and have had a terrible experience. For a brand new car the DVD player doesn’t work, and the radio cuts in and out. We never got mailed the second key, and have called, left voicemails over and over again with no response. Once you drive off the lot they don’t care about you anymore. Save yourself the headache, money, time and take your business elsewhere.
