Just an on-going headache with this place... I bought my jeep here about 2 and half months ago. The initial experience was ok but the follow up customer service has been non existent. I purchased a warranty and later decided that I didn't really need it and contacted them to cancel like my paperwork said to. I had to repeatedly call and email before I ever got a response. Once I signed the cancellation forms I thought that would be it but 2 months later and it's still not resolved. I'm not sure that the paperwork was ever su... read more

I really had the best sales associate. Christi is enthusiastic, pleasant, knowledgeable about the product and I enjoyed having her as my sales associate. she took all the time I needed to explain things about the New Jeep Cherokee, limited edition, that I purchased.
Today we purchased our 2019 Dodge Durango. Kalli, who is brand new to the team made us feel so welcome, and comfortable. She helped us so much along the way. Thank you to everyone there, who made our first Dewey purchase go smoothly! We would gladly recommend Dewey to our friends!
