4 Stars because nobody is perfect. short and simple, as long as you have Chris Leo "GM" Todd "SM" working here i believe you are in good hands. not gonna sugar coat it. no pre owned vehicle is perfect get a warranty just in case.

We went to the outlets looking for a car for my wife, the sales guy was good but the service after the sale 100 sucks!!!!! In one week it died took to get battery looked at the battery was completely dead no longer usable so we paid 300 for new battery they did give refund for that. Couple days later loud clunking in front and when you start the car a terrible ticking noise, took it in said sway bars were bad, so we got the insurance they put new ones on, ran a few days the clink was back took it back in they said they were ... read more

Went in a week ago to LOOK at cars for my son. Told the sales rep, Jacob, that we had to wait on some things before making a purchase. I always get hesitant on giving these places my phone number because they spam you once they have it. He assured me that would not happen. We scheduled an appointment for 4:30 later that day. 4:06 rolls around and I get a text asking if I am coming in, holy commission breath! Responded at 4:09 that we would not be able to make it.
