We went in with a pre-approval and were told signing a credit form was necessary for all the paperwork. I specifically told them not to run our credit through anywhere as we were already approved. They ran our credit through several other lending sources anyway. When I called and talked to them, they said they were not told not to send it, but to please come back when I need a vehicle in the future, obviously never going to happen. Financing was a mess because information was missing from my application. I had to do the finance footwork myself thru my own bank. I did purchase a 2021 vehicle from them and then got it home to find it has NO spare tire…scary when you’re a mom driving around young kids and no spare if needed! “Well we can try to maybe find you one”.

While everyone was very nice, I feel like we were sold a POS. My daughter purchased a vehicle here. We were told "it takes a lot to get a vehicle on our lot" meaning they really look them over before they put a vehicle on the lot. Literally TWO months after purchasing the vehicle, oil was leaking everywhere, under the hood and on the ground.
