I have mixed feelings about Devries. While they are reasonable and work is done well, the customer service is lacking. I write this as an opportunity for them to evolve. There have been times where I was treated impatiently or just in a grouchy manner. I have also been treated kindly. I read some of the not so good reviews and condescension was the common factor. I totally trust DeVries with their diagnosis and work. Prices are fair and staff is understanding. It can take a day or two to get in because of the many customers who feel the same.
