Another awesome experience with Devoted Repairs.....I drive an 09 Honda Pilot, my battery light came on while I was driving home from work.... ... assuming my car is running on just the battery which will run out of power eventually and leave me broken down.... I decided to try to make it to the shop... I did.... with only 10v left in the battery it was indeed an alternator .... not even 24hrs later parts ordered... delivered.... and installed .... 👌 and I'm back on the road! As a woman, walking into any repair shop is intimidating and stressful - we always worry about being taken advantage of, charged too much, or are told we need work done that doesn’t need to be done. At Devoted, that will never happen. They talk you through everything that needs attention, and offer the best pricing and quality work. We drive an hour to take our car there for that reason. Highly recommend this team of great mechanics. The customer service is top notch, and online scheduling makes it quick and easy.
